The study and practice of any martial art are journeys of self-discovery. It moves us past kicks, blocks and punches. We are constantly seeking to improve ourselves and our communities.

Our Grand Master often asks us to imagine what a wonderful world it would be, if everyone found their martial art. And then, he reminds us that “A black belt is a white belt who never quit.”
